Terms of purchase

We reserve the right to final sales. Please note the product may differ slightly from the pictures as the chocolate is hand painted and each praline is unique. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your name and address being registered in our customer register.

General In order to shop at Cecilia Nordström Chocolates AB (www.nordstroems.com), you must be over 18 years old. When ordering in our online store, a purchase agreement is concluded when your payment has been approved. If you deal with another person's personal data, without their consent, and this means financial or other damage to Cecilia Nordström Chocolates AB, this will be reported to the police.

Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping costs SEK 45 per order. As a company, you can contact us for delivery options for larger orders.

Payment options
We offer payment via Klarna Checkout. Invoice and card payment.

Delivery
The goods are sent with PostNord within 2-5 working days. An order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after ordering. When your package arrives at the agent, PostNord sends a message with a code that you enter when picking it up at the agent.

Delivery at temperatures above 15 degrees Today we are not able to offer refrigerated shipping or package the chocolate in a heat-insulating way. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage the chocolate may suffer due to temperatures above 15 degrees Celsius.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel a placed order, contact our customer service as soon as possible at ida@nordstroem.com. If your order has already been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the item(s) and you are therefore obliged to receive your order. If, after you have received your item, you regret your purchase, the ordinary conditions for the right of withdrawal and return handling apply. The cancellation applies from the moment you have received a confirmation regarding the cancellation from us.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act as a private person. The item must be returned in unchanged condition. You are responsible for the shipping back to us and also for the transport risk vis-à-vis the post office. You will receive compensation for the item. Shipping fee is never reimbursed. NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a reduced price/sale. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to special orders made only for you/your company. Contact us at ida@nordstoems.com before sending back your goods for more information on how to do it and to avoid misunderstandings. Return packages sent against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered.

Complaint
Transport damage must be reported to PostNord as soon as the damage is discovered. If an item is faulty, please contact ida@nordstroems.com as soon as possible and state the error, and you will receive information on how to proceed.

Secrecy
Cecilia Nordström Chocolates AB takes responsibility for all personal data that you provide to us when you register as a customer. The data is used so that we can administer your purchases and for marketing purposes. The information is not disclosed to third parties, apart from Fortnox, Klarna AB and PostNord. You have the right to request information about how your personal data is used free of charge once a year. Send us your request by mail.

Force majeure
We consider ourselves released from the obligation to fulfill said agreement in the event of a natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
