Manjari means both "good" and "bouquet", a fitting name for its rich, floral character. Created in 1990, it became one of the world's very first single-origin chocolates and remains a symbol of Valrhona's pioneering spirit and dedication to innovation.

For more than 30 years, Valrhona has worked closely with the Millot Plantation in northern Madagascar. Together they have developed organic cocoa farming, invested in schools and healthcare, and improved sustainable transport—creating a partnership where exceptional quality and social responsibility go hand in hand.
